Real words. Real numbers. No body photos
You will never see a before-and-after body photo on AmarFit, and never a promised number of kilos. Here is what we show instead, and why.

Why you will never see a before/after photo here
The weight-loss industry runs on transformation photos. We refuse to, and it is not modesty. It is because photos have stopped being proof.
Photos can be filtered, borrowed, or bought
Lighting, posture, editing apps, stock images. A transformation photo proves nothing you can check. A waist measurement with a date on it, taken every 14 days with the same tape, is a record. That is what we keep, and that is what we show.
A photo can't show what was lost
In the age of weight-loss injections and crash diets, a dramatic photo can hide the worst outcome of all: lost muscle. A tape measurement plus a strength benchmark shows whether the change was health, or just shrinkage. Only one of those lasts.
We publish the average, not the best case
A transformation photo is always the one best story a business ever had. When our cohort numbers publish here, they will be the cohort average, because you deserve to know what typically happens, not what happened once.

How we measure results. Honestly
Numbers first, adjectives later. The tape, the energy score and the strength benchmark tell the truth that the bathroom scale hides.
Every Transform client is measured every two weeks: waist, hips, weight, an energy score, a sleep score, and one strength benchmark. At week 12 every client receives a full exit report of their own numbers.
As each cohort completes, we publish those outcomes here. Inches, energy and strength changes, with the client's written consent, attributed by first name and city only. Where a client agrees, you will also hear them tell it in their own voice, a spoken review, never a posed photo. No body photography, ever. It is a rule written into this website itself, not just a preference.
Cohort 1 has not started yet, which is why this page has no numbers on it. Its scoreboard publishes here at week 12: the cohort average first, then individual number stories with written consent. We would rather leave this space empty today than fill it with a number nobody measured.
