Some weight will not move because of a habit. It will not move because of a condition.

If you have thyroid, PCOS, insulin resistance or you are somewhere inside menopause, generic advice does not just fail you slowly. It fails you for a reason. This is one full consultation with Dt. Amar Arora on your own reports, your own medication and your own history, and a starting plan written from what she finds.

  • One to one with Amar
  • Your reports actually read
  • A plan follows, included

Dt. Amar Arora, nutritionist and dietician, in her clinic

Read this first. Amar is a nutritionist and dietician, not a doctor. This consultation does not diagnose your condition, does not treat it, and will never ask you to start, stop or change a medication. Your doctor stays exactly where they are. What changes is that your food and your daily habits finally get built around the condition instead of ignoring it.

Who books this

You have been told to eat less and walk more. Nobody asked what your reports say.

Most people who book this have been managing a condition for years and dieting alongside it, as though the two were unrelated. They are not unrelated, and that is the entire point of the hour.

Thyroid

Hypothyroid, Hashimoto's, or a level your doctor is still adjusting. Your medication is your doctor's job. What you eat around it, how much protein you actually get, and how you train without wiping yourself out, is this consultation's job.

PCOS and PCOD

The weight, the cycle and the cravings are not three unrelated problems. Meals that keep insulin steadier, protein you actually reach, and strength work you can keep up tend to move more here than eating less ever did.

Insulin resistance

Where the plate order, the protein, and the strength work matter more than the calorie number, and where the standard low-calorie advice tends to make the next six months harder rather than easier.

Pre-diabetes

A fasting sugar or an HbA1c your doctor has started watching. Your doctor tracks the numbers and decides on medication. What you eat, and in what order, is the part food can genuinely take on.

Menopause and perimenopause

The years where the same food and the same walking quietly stop working, sleep breaks, and the weight settles differently. There are real reasons for all three, and they change what your plan should look like.

Fatty liver

Grade 1 or grade 2 on an ultrasound, usually found by accident during a routine scan. What you drink, how much refined carbohydrate sits in your day, and your weight itself all matter here, and none of it needs starving.

High uric acid

Uric acid that keeps coming back high, sometimes with joint pain alongside it. Crash dieting can push it up rather than down, so both what goes on your plate and how fast you lose weight need thinking about.

Cholesterol and triglycerides

A lipid profile your doctor wants improved. Whether you stay on a medication is your doctor's call. The oils you cook in, the fibre you get, and the weight you carry are the parts food can work on.

Something else on your report

Not every condition that affects weight fits a neat box, and this consultation is open to men and women. Bring the reports anyway. If Amar believes yours needs your physician's involvement before any nutrition plan, she will say so and tell you what to ask them.

How it works

One consultation. Then a plan built from it.

Booked and paid for online, held on video or by phone, whichever suits you, in Hindi, English or Punjabi. You do not need to prepare anything beyond your reports.

  1. You pay
The team calls you, and your appointment is fixed on that call The team works 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
    • A call from the team, within 4 hours of your payment inside those hours
    • Amar's next available dates and times, given to you on that call
    • You choose the one that suits you, and it is booked there and then

Paid late in the day?If you pay after 7:00 pm, on a Sunday or on a holiday, the four hours start again at 11:00 am on the next working day. Nothing is lost, and you do not need to chase us.

  2. Before
You send what you have So the hour is spent on you, not on paperwork.
    • Any blood reports from the last six months
    • Every medication and supplement, with the dose
    • A rough note of what you eat on an ordinary day

No reports?Come anyway. Amar will tell you which ones are worth getting and why, and you can send them after.

  3. The hour
Amar goes through all of it with you Not a form, not an assistant, not a template with your name at the top.
    • Your reports read and explained in plain language
    • Your medication accounted for, never advised on
    • Your history: what you have tried, and why it stopped working
    • Your food, region and kitchen, because a plan you cannot cook is not a plan
  4. After
Your starting plan, written from the consultation Included in the ₹1,500. Nothing further to pay.
    • A nutrition plan built around your condition, on your own home food
    • Your protein target and how to actually hit it from an Indian kitchen
    • What to watch, measure and re-test, and when to go back to your doctor
    • An honest recommendation: which program fits, or that none does yet

TimingIf everything Amar needs is already in front of her, your plan reaches you in 24 to 48 hours. If a report is still pending, it follows once that report does.

There is no obligation to buy anything afterwards, and no follow-up sequence trying to make you. If a longer program fits you, Amar will say which and why. If none fits yet, she will say that instead.

Where this sits

This is an assessment, not a twelve week program.

It exists because sending someone with an uncontrolled thyroid into a general program is how people waste months. Some book this, take the plan and run with it. Others use it to find out which program is honestly right for them. Both are fine.

Questions

Before you book

Is this medical treatment for my thyroid or PCOS?

No, and it is important that this is clear. Amar is a nutritionist and dietician, not a doctor. She does not diagnose, she does not treat the condition itself, and she never advises you to start, stop or change a medication. What she does is build your food and your daily habits around a condition your doctor is already managing. Keep your doctor, keep your prescriptions, keep your check-ups.

What do I need to bring to the consultation?

Any blood reports from the last six months, a list of every medication and supplement you take with its dose, and a rough idea of what you eat on an ordinary day. If you do not have recent reports, come anyway. Amar will tell you which ones are worth getting and why, and you can send them afterwards.

Does the ₹1,500 include a plan, or is that extra?

It includes the plan. The ₹1,500 covers the full consultation and the starting nutrition plan that Amar writes afterwards, built from what she found. There is nothing further to pay, and no obligation to join any program after it.

How soon do I get my plan?

If everything Amar needs is already in front of her at the end of the consultation, your plan reaches you within 24 to 48 hours. If a report is still pending, the plan waits for that report, because writing it first would only mean rewriting it afterwards. Amar will tell you at the end of the consultation which of the two applies to you.

Will I be pushed into a longer program afterwards?

No. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need to get a condition under control with your doctor first, and Amar will say so plainly rather than sell you twelve weeks. If a program does fit, she will tell you which one and why. If none fits yet, she will tell you that too.

How is this different from the free 5-day program?

The free Start Here program teaches the general method to a group on WhatsApp, and it is genuinely useful. It cannot look at your reports, your medication or your history, because it is not one to one. This consultation is the opposite: one person, your own reports, and a plan written for your specific condition.

AmarFit provides nutrition and lifestyle guidance only. It is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your physician about any medical condition, and before changing your diet or exercise. Full medical disclaimer.
