Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what AmarFit collects about you, why, and the control you keep over it. It is written to honour the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
What we collect, and why
- Name, WhatsApp number, email, collected when you register for any AmarFit program, used to deliver that program and to tell you about related AmarFit programs.
- Measurements (waist, hips, weight, energy and sleep scores, strength benchmarks), collected only from paying clients, used to personalise and track your program.
- Medical history from intake forms, collected only from paying clients, used solely to screen for safety and personalise your plan. This is sensitive data and we treat it that way: it is never used in marketing and never shared.
Consent
Every form on this site carries a consent line stating what we collect and why, and nothing is collected without it. Results or testimonials are only ever published with your separate, specific, written consent. Which you can withdraw at any time by messaging us.
What we never do
- We never sell your data, to anyone, for any reason.
- We never share your medical information with third parties.
- We never publish anything about you without your explicit consent.
Where your data lives
Your details are stored in our private client records (Google Workspace), our WhatsApp Business account, and our payment processor (Razorpay) for transactions. Each of these providers has its own security and privacy safeguards.
Deletion. One message away
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@amarfit.in with "delete my data", and we remove your personal data from our records within 7 days. If you are mid-program, we will tell you honestly what deletion means for continuing.
