Medical disclaimer
Last updated: August 2026
AmarFit, led by Dt. Amar Arora, provides nutrition, fitness and lifestyle guidance. It is an educational and coaching service. It is not medical care, and nothing on this website or inside any AmarFit program is medical advice.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure, reverse or manage any disease or medical condition, including thyroid disorders, PCOS, diabetes, or any other condition.
- We do not prescribe medication, and we never advise anyone to start, stop, or change any medication. Those decisions belong to you and your physician alone.
- We do not guarantee any specific weight, inch, or health outcome in any time frame. Bodies differ; honest coaching acknowledges that.
Please consult your physician
Consult your physician before beginning any nutrition or exercise program, and especially before changing anything while pregnant, while managing a medical condition, or while on any medication. If we identify a red flag in your screening. Such as an uncontrolled condition, recent surgery, or cardiac history, we will pause and ask for your physician's clearance before proceeding. This protects you first.
Screening is not a medical examination
Our intake and screening process exists to make coaching safer and more personal. It does not replace medical testing, examination or supervision by a qualified doctor.
Emergencies
If you experience chest pain, severe breathlessness, fainting, or any symptom that worries you during exercise or a dietary change, stop immediately and seek medical help. Do not wait for a WhatsApp reply.
